How much cs should you have by 20-30 minutes?

Usually, given it's a good-ish game. I get around 150-200 by the 25 mark-30 minute mark. Is this decent or should i be getting more?

That's around 6/min. That's a good base point to improve from. Pro adcs in competition get around 9.

Try and go for at LEAST 80 per 10 min. If you can't get that then you should be roaming and getting hella ganks for your team to get ahead.

Around 9-10 per minute. Of course this excludes roams and such.

90-100 per 10 min is just too high for most players unless your D1 or higher. Your goal should be 70cs per 10min, any higher is great, but believe it or not 70 per 10min isnt easy.
