Is Braum's passive too easy to activate for what it gives you late game?
In lane, its an engaging ability that causes both sides to think. It has a certain amount of conterplay but its crazy powerful. Late game, anybody who isnt a tank getting hit by braum is a death sentence since the stun is going to go off for sure and braum has so much follow up. thoughts?
