Well, basically, Battle Mages are supposed to be the AP equivalent of Juggernaut, more or less. A bit less binary, maybe, but pretty close.

I think that's the direction they were trying to go with, but Vlad feels pretty bad to play now. Im also worried that they are going to over buff things vlad doesn't need (ex: ult heal buff that's coming) until they have to nerf and forget him.

Maybe take some power from CR q and apply it to other q's since getting and using CR is super unreliable in team fights. Speed up the heal particle from q since the instant WotA vamp heal is gone.

Take away the redundant slow on e (since rylai's is core) and put the "power" somewhere else. Personally the best idea I've seen for e is at full charge, e gains some amount of % magic pen (somewhat like GP barrels). With the current health cost to e, stacking health becomes horribly inefficient once they build any MR, I think the pen would help a lot with that.
