Hi guys,

So disclaimer I'm a gold player although I do get matched against plats and even diamonds fairly frequently in norms. In any case there are some important pieces of advice that seem to be lacking from a lot of guides out there. Perhaps because many of these of these points may feel like common sense to higher level players, but I can unequivocally say that it's this game knowledge that has gotten me to gold and it's this game knowledge that will help you climb even higher. I'm not here to teach you how to play one champion, I'm here to give you an idea about what your jungler should be thinking in order to handle cheesy strategies. But first some basic advice.

Be unpredictable. Following a pattern will make you more susceptible to invades and counterganks.

Fight on your terms. If your ally engage in a 1v3, let him die. There's no reason to feed the enemy to kills.

Use your trinket and buy pink wards(pretty self explanatory).

Use smart ping to communicate.

For anti cheese strats, let's start with the level 2 invade because it's one of the more common cheese strats. There are several ways to deal with the invade, but the simplest strategy is to wait to clear your buff until after your second smite is up. On red side you basically start krugs then move to chickens. When you turn around to do red you now have smite, which means not only can you secure your red safely, but you get health back when you smite it. This clearing method also has the perk of having an overall healthier clear although it slows down your blue side rotation by a few seconds. This method is best used against junglers like LeeSin Rengar Nidalee XinZhao> The second method is to start with your buff and then rotate to your blue side. This method is best used when you are dealing with a jungler who excels at both stealing your buff and first blood. Shaco Not only do they waste time invading and getting virtually nothing for it, but you wind up in a position to gank from the side of the map that no one expects you to be on, earlier than anyone expects you to be there.
