How am I supposed to lane against a LeBlanc?
it seems nearly impossible

You pick any hero that has a spell capable of farming easily like malz, morg etc and win the lategame

That has nothing to do with how I lane against LB. I want to know how to fight her outside of champ select.

I was trying to tell you in my first post and I think most people here agree. LB is very difficult to lane against unless you have superior range and poke. Most champs have a difficult time vs her so your only option might be trying to NOT die, wait for good ganks, farm under turret, and own late game.
LB can't teamfight for shit.
Not all champs have to be equal in all aspects of the game. Twisted Fate for example loses lane to so many champions... but then he ults bot for an easy double kill.

Who cares about teamfighting when Im so pushed under my turret her late game is better than mine and she can constantly roam and get fed?
I shouldn't lose a lane just because of champ select. If I wanted that I would go play Dota.
Well both games are like that. Its how the genre is. Leblanc is the king of zoning pretty much. Leblanc also punish's slow reflex's since many champions can dodge her combo with a blink if your fast enough.
I can't either. I hug turret and wait for an opp to all in. She's squishy and if she pushes too far (she will), ping your jungler for gank.

If I go in on here she just spams her AoE jump thing
if my jungler tries to gank she just runs away with her AoE jump thing
Push with range
Push with range
so if Im something like Talon I just straight up lose?
Push with e I'm talking about any touch of range.

You mean W, and whenever I even remotely got close enough to the wave to W she was on my nuts.
if she chooses to engage, hit back build a single null magic

If you're Talon, you can use E to juke her W. If she whiffs W, you dominate the trade.
Even if she doesn't whiff W, jumping on her after she QWW often produces good results.
Do not let LeBlanc put damage on you with no response.
The basic answer is to minimize deaths and control the minion waves.
Champ selection definitely plays a part though and it's a lot harder or easier depending on that choice.

Play a tanky mid dodge her skill shot.
It depends on the champion.
In general, you want to shove her into the turret hard. Put tons of pressure on her minions while denying her chances to QW you without taking minion damage in response. Make her spend W to wave clear instead of attacking you.
When she gets 6, most mid laners will want to clear and roam, rather than trying to stay in lane with her. You can stay if you're tanky or you have outplay abilities (e.g. Fizz).
I find that not letting her roam helps so always ask for an early gank so she is behind and ccing her as soon as she misses her combo helps get that kill. Play as safe as you can, **never ever leave yourself open for her chain. **
