what did you do to bard

Just push wave to tower when he goes to get his meeps or sense your top lane you can easily fight him. Bard might have poke but he can't even begin to think of winning a full on 1v1 early game unless hes fed so... chase him.

I was playing fiora and I couldnt even get near minions. Three autos took half of my hp because he proc'd thunderlords as well. He was spawning meeps all the time, and almost oneshotting caster minions. I brought the cull because I thought I would just play safe, not knowing how to deal with it, but it was hard to even stay in lane. I had no idea he would be doing that much dmg lvl one. It has to fall off right?

OK maybe he is just hard for fiora to deal with early. TBH. It didnt feel like farming was even a good idea lvl 1
