I'm interested in Warwick and Volibear buffs, but the nerf to Tiamat worries me, as it's vital for many champions in the jungle.

I see what they mean though. It's a pretty damn good item for both trading and waveclear. One of those generalist items. Probably gonna be shifting it from both strengths to just one or power down the item altogether and keep both strengths.

Many champions just have no need to upgrade Tiamat until their build is complete because Tiamat itself is all they need for clear and upgrading it doesn't increase trade potential much in most cases.

Or make it cost more.

It could easily have one of the long swords changed out for a pickaxe and cost closer to 2200 with 10 more AD.

For non meta junglers yes. But they need better help than this item anyway imo. Or put tiamat into the warrior line instead of caulfields

Could honestly just make it do bonus damage to monsters so it does less damage to minions but doesn't effect jungle clearing. That is of course, assuming they effect the AoE damage.

Is he still an issue? I personally haven't had any problems with him lately. I think the rune stat changes benefited everyone else more than him since he was already optimizing his stats. That and his optimized full health scaling stat is severely nerfed now (from I think 35 - 300 health to only being able to get 15 - 90, which he is ignoring in favor of the 5 armor).

Tiamat Nerf does not affect Irelia, Aatrox, etc. So it wont do shit, but they have another excuse to yet not buff him.

Yes, in fact. Considering that the Sheen proc will mostly likely be used up killing a minion before jumping on me, it's kind of useless and Tiamat is a much better first buy.

Also if Irelia is killing you like that you are playing wrong. Most top laners in the game will just chunk her as soon as she gets close. And trinity + Steraks + Tabis is 8200 gold. That's quite a while into the game. Stop her earlier. 70% of top laners have better early games than she does.

Most every Irelia rushes Tiamat.

Faster wave clear, more damage from stats plus active and preps nearby minions for Q.

If they nerf it too much it would be like deleting GP's barrels.

Surely the best way to help those ADCs mentioned at the bottom is nerf Lucian and make Kai'Sa have more 'skill' beyond, press Q do damage, press R be safe. Those 2 and Ez have 30% play rates. Kinda shoving everyone else out to being niche picks in a role with only 17 champs in it anyway.

why is singed getting a buff , if singed has a bad winrate its because of new people trolling with him , while singed mains succeed with the champion. I think singed is fine , i really dont want 'NERF SINGED , NERF SINGED' to come back, when hes really strong , half the top lane role just gets cut.

Hope they mostly nerf the waveclear part and maybe hit the active a bit so you really need to invest into the full item for that. Lack of waveclear should be a meaningfull weakness on someone like jax or fiora, but atm you can nullfy that for 1200g

Why are they nerfing Tiamat? There are so many characters that aren't problematic (Renekton, Riven, Fiora, Kled, Rek'sai) that depend on this item in order to win their lane. Nerfing it will just make them even worse against Urgot, Aatrox, Viktor, and Jax. What is the reasoning behind this change? That item does NOT need to be nerfed.

This is my exact worry, they're are champions that are completely reliant on Tiamat/hydra yet will they get anything? No. Fiora has had to rush Tiamat since forever, and now that its getting nerfed because a few champions abuse it, i guarantee she will get zero compensation.

Tbh he's really strong, the rework they gave him was completely unnecessary (coming from a mastery 7 pyke player). Now he's being played as a solo laner in Mid Laner in higher elos, and even Jungle. He's not really a Support anymore when he can do everything himself now.

hat's the problem. His kit is not a support one at all. They're trying to shoe horn that kit into being an assassin, and as a support. I don't think it'll work.

The main problem with Pyke is that he is an assassin, but has hard CC. So he either a really, really good assassin, or he is played as a tank.

That's a design issue. Pyke is not as good a support as solo lane. Give him gold and he thrives. I play him a lot toplane and its far better than any support pyke.

I agree. The champion was litteraly only made for all the whiny midlaners who can only play mid/top mages/assassins who cried when they’d get auto filled and didn’t want to dodge and take a timer.

Heimer is aids on a stick. If I see that champion I will always pick syndra by default. Throw his dumb ass turrets under the tower and it dies instantly.
