Such intersting pessimism towards what I think is a pretty positive change. I can find dozens of threads regarding frustration that tenacity does not affect knock ups but now that the coin has been flip we still see aggression. Just a prime example that you can never please everyone.

Riot is gonna have a problem if they make knockups reduced by tenacity but don't make any other changes. The champions right now that have knockups are balanced around their CC being a knockup, usually through lower duration than other hard CC or by being harder to use.
