If you haven't noticed, there's a general theme of waaaayyy too much reliance on auto attacks here. It ultimately makes for unfun shit gameplay, especially since for whatever reason autoing people to death is something riot allows through itemization choices to be one of the premier scales in the entire game.

Bonus points for when jax is counter striking every other second, fun interactive gameplay.

Revert essence reaver. Murder guinsoos, or better yet remove it from the game entirely. Rework jax and master yi and vayne.

Kaisa is just whatever, she's getting to the point where her numbers are bringing her on the brink of being azir'd, but she's still good enough to be meta still with her shit fuck aids kit.

What champion doesn't have things people find unfun if they are meta?

Sion and Cho'gath have more answers for those champions than most. If you were playing some bruisers with little to no CC then I would understand, but Sion and Cho are both super strong right now. They both go full tank and have the capacity to invalidate the majority of the champion roster if played well. Just land your CC skills on them and watch them explode to focus fire. Jax might live a bit longer than the rest of them, but he still dies to stuns and knockups.

i don't think any of them auto attacking is specifically the problem tbh.

Jax has no downtime whatsoever on his offense which IMO makes him problematic; if you'll notice most carries that tend to get a lot of flak are the ones with little or no windows on their assault. Vayne, Riven after CDR, Yasuo, Tryndamere, etc. Personally though I can't understand why he has 25% AOE reduction on top of hard countering anyone who also rightclicks. Fuck that noise.

Yi is a symptom of a bunch of items coming together to make a relatively reasonable kit ridiculous. They could have solved this years ago by making his passive an on-attack effect and not an on-hit one, but Riot's really slow to think of reasonable solutions.
