Tbh Zilean isn't weak at all

zilean is very underrated

he synergizes EXTREMELY well with juggernauts too, gives them the mobility that they don't have innately + he can ult them so they'll just keep steamrolling a second time

I don't think anybody thought he was weak, I just think a lot of people aren't too fond of actually trying to land his bombs instead of the cheese q-w-q click-on no counterplay combo.

I hate playing against him support, he can zone you so well if you let him. He's quite a good utility and zone control mage.

Get a rylais on him and you should easily be able to stun people or at least zone off people pretty decently.

it doesn't matter if full ap or support, but only on his teamcomp. If he has a good target for speed+ult, it always helps, but mostly you need a setupo that either has good cc, so you can use the double Q as followup, or a team that can use the zoneing of his bombs.

ifyou actually rely on landing the doublebombs by your self, or even worse, on dealing alot damage, he sucjs, atleast vs competent enemies.
