Akali needs to be nerfed into unviable tier until she gets another rework

Shes quite easily the most toxic champion released in the last 1~2 years (the only one coming even close is pyke, and even then hes not as bad as her).

Too much damage, too much mobility, too many uncounterable and unfun mechanics (true stealth has to be one of the dumbest things ive ever seen in a multiplayer video game, STEALTH HAS SPECIFIC COUNTERS FOR A REASON FFS) into her kit.

Like wow, this champion bends the whole game just for the satisfaction of the akali player, completely disregarding the fact theres also other 9 players in that same game. CertaintlyT needs to stop making new champs (or reworking them) into those abminations, its kind of ridiculous when i have to say that the old, full point and click akali was more fun to play against and had more counterplay, but sadly its the truth.

I mean, that's kinda your opinion though. I enjoy the fact that I don't insta lose when she hits Level 6, contrary to what you may believe.

You havent played against a half decent akali yet.

The new one wins before even getting to 6, at 6 she just kills you with her massive base damages.

Old akali had a under 2% ban rate, new one has a over 60% ban rate WHILE HAVING LOWER WR IN SOLO Q.

I think that speaks by itself on how everybody, including high elo players would rather play against the old one than the new one, the old one was counterable the new one isnt once the akali player plays more than 10 games with the champ.

You're telling me an akali main likes the new one better than the old one? WOW so surprising, with how many broken shit she has on her new kit, new akali can do 10 more things than the old one, who was much more limited as a champion (and thus was better to play against as she had actual exploitable weaknesses)

Its not an opnion btw, its stats, compare her old and current ban rates, people HATE new akali more than frigging zoe and yasuo and its warranted.

I'm not even an Akali main, and Prof. Akali has been playing her since she came out. He is a dedicated Akali main, who's opinion is stronger than yours. Since you really want to dig deeper, then show me evidence, give me valid points that she is stronger than the old, prove Prof. Akali wrong, and try to prove that it's NOT the same people who hated Zoe who want it the easy way and not learn to counter her and blame everything on CT. Compilation, famous online LoL players, Pros, and many people don't seem to give a shit or a care. I saw more stupid shit about Zoe than Akali.

Even better than this would be a Revert to her original form where pink wards worked on her shroud and she had her spell vamp and %magic damage passive instead of this NUCLEAR 1 SHOT SECOND AUTO ATTACK KABOOM ZOMG!!!

Original Akali was very very fun. They should have just put a longer cooldown on her ult and called it a day. She never needed her rework originally. They could have easily tuned her kit.

Then take this new champ and make it into a new champ like it deserves to be.

As much as I like CertainlyT, akali getting another VGU would be fine. Riot can get rid of her bad new hairstyle and fanny pack while they are at it.

I wouldn't say they are getting worse, I think riot is just inconsistent on their output. The good ones are fine, the bad ones leave a terrible stink.

Original akali was not countered with pink wards she was punished by them when she tried to over abuse shroud.

Also in high elo she was almost always built as a moderate bruiser because otherwise she would just get one shot with no escape (shroud countered by a pink ward )

The issue is that if shroud is too reliable than the rest of her kit will be gutted.

The same thing happened to rogues in wow when they "fixed" vanish.

Shroud should be an ability to use wisely. Not 5 seconds of turret immunity every 20.

i do think true stealth should be taken away but she isnt so bad as to completely nerf her i feel like i have more chances to beat her now than i ever did before
