Shaco simple fix
Shaco has everything a jungler could want. A blink
and cloak, a clone that can confuse enemies (and literally block the mouse), a fear that can be placed in advance and damages (also takes buffs with no problem), and a passive to force an enemy to either die in a front-fight, or die running away.
Although from the kit itself it's obvious he needs to be toned down a bit, I feel there are two things that could be done to take away the advantage he has over any non-tank jungler (and over anyone else's gank prowess besides Yi)

Make his two-shiv poison a skillshot instead of targeted. It already does 20% more damage when enemies are running, why is it fair to give him a guaranteed ranged hit as well? Not to say that it should have increased range. It should stay at what it is but be changed to a skillshot so that enemies that can't become untargetable and wouldn't buy Zhonya's have a chance to avoid it.

Make his clone untargetable and give it a max range away from the real Shaco. The ability itself says it's an illusion, so it shouldn't be able to block shots. 'Cause even if you fire at an illusion, the shot should simply pass through it. And targeted abilities can be wasted on it even if the enemy knows it's the fake, since its model can block the access to anothers'. I say make it untargetable to prevent it from blocking attacks from players and turrets. Leave the damage and ability to attack, since if the turret has the right target, it shouldn't make a difference anyway. Give it a max range away from Shaco so that he can't just walk away and let it attack an objective. It won't be an enormous crutch to him either, as it will still confuse the enemy and disorient them when they try to attack it thinking it's the real deal.
Any thoughts on these suggestions?
Update
The clone should not be able to attack a objective at all. While they could explain the power as an attack on the mind, so that it can damage enemies, a turret doesn't have the kind of mind that should be fooled. Why in hell, then, can this "illusion" deal real damage to inanimate objects? Simple answer: it shouldn't.
