like 9/10 toplaners had fiora in top champs but none things like garen,aatrox and so on ,that goes for other lanes too

Nah it's about 10% mechanics 40% game knowledge and 50% grinding. Even if you are good at the game you will still have to spam ranked at some point to climb. If you are like me and can only stomach about 2 or 3 ranked clown fiestas at a time, it will take a while.
