Is anyone satisfied with the current state of Phase run?
Like, does it ever worth taking over a damage keystone? Does it even belong in sorcery? Does anyone use it? ...

Vladimir, Ryze, and Kennen are some of it's better users.
If Ryze doesn't feel like taking aftershock.
I'd prob buff if overall and nerf of for ranged champions after that point.. there is a pattern of those users.
I dont think its a bad rune, it could be buffed a little though, the problem is that some of its main users (Cassiopeia, vlad) have needed nerfs in recent history
