What exactly do you have events coded as in Nexus Blitz

Namely the loot teemo/veigar ones and scuttle ones. You can get dark harvest/klepto stacks off of both events as if they're champions but Syndra is able to pick up both of them as if they're monsters/minions.

Tahm isn't able to devour his allied scuttle but Kalista is able to bond with it and just throw it to the finish line.

What exactly do they count as

They count as inconsistent programming on Riot's part.

Pretty much nothing in Nexus Blitz makes sense, such as why it will randomly spawn Loot Teemo/Veigar in what is clearly enemy territory or as to why the Bardle Royale flaming rings of death will randomly choose one team's jungle tower as it's central point, thus severely disadvantaging one team, and the list goes on. It's a terrible game mode because of the lack of consistency and often fairness in it.

Events are adjusted to favor the losing team. teemo/veigar will spawn on the losing team's side, the shrinking ring in battle royale mode will close in on the losing team's side, etc.

Then the mode does nothing but artificially try to extend it's own time if that's the case. If one side is losing, they need to lose already so they can get out of the game and move on. It makes no sense for the game to favor them for events so they win, thus dragging it out longer.

with how unbelievably snowbally nexus blitz is, they do that to give the enemy team a chance to come back. If events were neutral for the entire game, or favored the winning team so they could close out faster, it would feel even worse as the losing team.
