I can name the feeding trolls in every game I lost

I'm just venting. Let me vent. In my last 20 games, the only two where I didn't do that well was one Kayn game, where I got first blood, but my bot gave 3 easily avoidable double kills which let them shut me down afterwards, and one Yi game, where I also got first blood, but my mentally AFK Top and troll Mid refused to leash/talk/ping/LISTEN until one point where she baited me into a bad gank by running in, waiting for me to follow up, and then running away, putting me behind on purpose just to make me suffer. They also stole all my camps, just to top it off. Nice.

But OTHER THAN THAT, I'm doing things fine! I've had 4/17 Aatrox junglers, afk supports that force me out of lane without the chance to farm, literal trolls that walk up to the enemy, stand still, press Ctrl + 4 and then die, many many times, just to say "Lol report our adc for toxic," and all that other bullshit.

Can any of you tell me what I do wrong in my games? What actions I committed directly caused my singed top laner to go 1/11/1 at one point? I cs to the best of my ability (when I'm not literally forced out of my lane or trying to help in teamfights), I build appropriately to counter specific champions that want to kill me first, my mechanics whilst getting focused isn't piss-poor like my usual teammates', I ward whenever I need to, I don't overextend, I don't blow my whole kit on someone who isn't carrying, and most importantly, I tell my top laner to get a fucking Executioner's Calling when they play against a Mundo. Which they NEVER listen to. Which causes them to die more. Etc.

The only thing I consistently really do wrong is forget to dodge doomed games. Either when I get first pick and am immediately counterpicked, or when a troll teammate bans someone's hover just to troll, so they lock in as Alistar mid and say "I'm gonna feed hard now." Oh wait, I didn't forget! But I was in Promos, so I couldn't!!!!! Good thing someone did it for me, that time. That one single time. Because I always think, "Oh, I know deep down I can overcome this feat," because I always forget it's hard to overcome anything when your mid laner gives the enemy a free 1200 gold advantage over me. And I try my best not to get counterpicked, but it's nearly impossible! Every time I play ADC, the enemy picks Zed, so I'm forced to just main Xayah because she's the only person who can safely avoid Zed's easy-to-land ult combo without the help of my useless, feeding support! I don't enjoy her THAT much! I like Jinx more! She's more fun to me! But there are so many Zed players in this ELO, and my mid just ALWAYS seems to give him 4 kills before he roams bot! And if I ban Zed, I'll have to play against a Morgana, instead! And she has the power to turn any champion into someone with the unstoppable might of a Zed! And that's even worse!!!! aaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually make more well-structured rants, but it's 4am, and I'm just pissed off beyond belief. Why am I the unluckiest person in the entire universe? Even in games I win, I'm still pissed off at my teammates for trying to prevent it! I can't even enjoy the victory anymore! Not because of the game itself, but because of the people that play it! Because they're not even playing it, half the time! They just queue up solely to read the chat of 4 other people saying "wtf why is he afk," because they're sick, and they think it's funny! But they never get in trouble, because I'm the one that calls him a fucking %%%% in response, and that's the only part Riot seems to care about!

It's sad. I'm Honour 4 on the PBE, but I just got back to Honour 1 on the live servers. Because on the PBE, I don't care about winning. Even though I win much more on there, ironically enough. I don't even want to play Ranked. I just want the upcoming Victorious Victor, or whatever it is. That's all I ask, anymore! I just wish I wasn't so damn unlucky all the time.

Try this.....stop trying to win games. I did this and I've had much better success with this line of thinking.

So what do I mean by stop trying to win? You need to accept that you cannot determine the outcome of the game. It's decided by who has the better team. It's really that simple. Allow me to explain further.

I go into every match implicitly expecting one of the two teams to feed. I start out the match with two goals, die as little as possible and farm as much as possible. The idea is that if the enemy team feeds my team, I would never be the reason it would be hard for my team to carry. They would never have to worry about a 7-0 Irelia coming from my lane. If I'm farmed up, it would also put me in a position to potentially carry the match myself. And if my team feeds, I accept in my mind that it's a loss and there is nothing I can do about it so I don't tilt but I keep playing as smartly as possible. In the event that my team somehow starts playing better, me not feeding is one less problem for us to worry about and it improves our chances of winning dramatically.

When you're actively trying to win, you will force plays and many times you would die. In games where your team is feeding, this only makes things worse. In games where your team is winning, you make it harder for them to carry unnecessarily and it will very often cause you to lose winnable games.

If you do this right, you should passively win more games than you're losing. I've been doing it for the past couple days and it's working better than running around the map like a neurotic trying to force shit and losing anyway.

TLDR; Relax and just let shit happen but be ready to carry or at the very least try not to be a burden. Only make plays when you're 100% sure you can get something. Accept that you will get shit teams, take the loss and move on. Don't try to be a hero. You cannot carry garbage teams.

I mean, that'd be much, much easier to do if it wasn't game, after game, after game, after game. I'll start off like, "Okay, fine. I'll accept this." And then the name game will be, "I'm accepting this a little less." And it just whittles you down after a while, feeling completely helpless for hours and hours as people you don't even know force you to sink lower and lower into the depths of ELO cancer and despair. It's not like them feeding directly causes me to farm less and die more! There are many instances where I'm against fed people, and I just bait them into my turret for some easy comeback gold! But then my team celebrates this feat by continuing to die more, and more, and more, and eventually, that Warwick will have enough armour items to 1-shot me under my own tower and walk away with no problem. Every time.

That's the nature of chance. It can't be helped. But over a long period, you would win more than lose simply because there is always a guarantee on your team that one lane won't feed(You) as opposed to 5 chances on the enemy team. You just have to play a lot of games to see the climb. Try to have some fun while doing it and don't think about the climb. See where you end up by the end of the season.

This is my new attitude towards the game. Just play my best and let random chance do the rest. It's a lot less stressful than trying your absolute hardest to force wins only to have garbage %%%% feeders throw away games. I've even started playing multiple champs that I rarely play now to spice it up a bit. As long as I don't feed, we can win if I get a good team. Doesn't really matter if I'm good at the champ or not, I just don't feed on it and it's enough.

I feel for you, it sucks to have things just keep spiraling down. I usually stop playing after a few losses in a row so that I don't tilt like this.

You can try doing what I do, find a TV show, podcast, or book to entertain myself with while I'm cooling off after a series of bad games.

Better that than to just keep playing and just suffer more and more. You're going to lose and get angrier way more often if you go into another game pre-tilted.
