Why is the minion pathing so atrocious this patch?

I'm definitely not going crazy, I saw it with my own eyes. My champion Karma seemed like she was a good teemo and a half away from minions but she was trying to walk her way around them like she was stuck in between a 20 minion creep wave. It's ridiculous and it needs to get fixed or changed, I can understand op champs and dumb mechanics since these are nerfed/buffed but this kind of problem where it seems like 10 invisible minions are blocking your way makes me want to not play League anymore.

I don't know if anybody noticed this either, but when you put your cursor on top of a minion/friendly champion and walk there next to them you proceed to glitch around it from left to right, and walk in place etc. It's pretty awful that pathing has come to this.
