why does every new or reworked champion have MULTIPLE ways to CC you?
taunt + ulti
taunt + ulti
flip + ulti
knockup + charm on ulti
snare. (oh look its only one CC...)
daisy knock up and root
got a new CC on his Q as well as hiw slingshot and his ulti
stun and ulti

Mecha MaIphite4 votesOut of those champions, we have: 2 tanks 2 supports 2 divers 1 adc (who, coincidentally, has less CC than any of the others) 1 Urgot
tanks and supports are supposed to have a shit ton of cc divers also have usually have a bit, though not as much

what you get is pure cancer design when they're allowed to be good
It's only fine on support tanks because they don't need the damage for clearing or for kill pressure

pretty much every Champion has at least some form of CC, apart from maybe some Assassins.

too, but these are Assassins.
But almost every other class has Hard CC on almost every champion. Even many ADCs have Hard CC.
It has always been like this, not only with the new reworks.

these are some examples of pretty old champions with 2 or more hard cc abilities.

but the point is if we take the first 100 champs and name 10 with double hard cc.. then we take the last 15 champs and name 10 double with hard cc.. you get the picture...
having ONE hard cc is fine... but havign two in EVERY SINGLE new or reworked champ... that's becoming a unnecessary

Doozku1 votesEvery champ that you mentioned is in a class that needs cc, except for ADC's, and Xayah is more of a utility ADC with her E. The only one who is in a class that doesn't need cc is Urgot, but his flip is barely a cc and if he ults you, the stun doesn't matter, you are already dead.
I mean you just completely Ignored Kayn here, who only gets a CC if he goes into bruiser form. If Riot actually decided to release a real Assassin, I guarantee that it'd have no cc.
