i placed on my main 4/4 bronze 1 with +22 lp and it fell to +16+19 as soon as i started losing some just before silver 2
on my hand-leveled smurf i went 4/4 and got bronze 2 but i was getting +34 lp and skipped promos to b1.
so if you dont want the system to force you in a past elo, make a new account and have fun climbing.
Hethalean1 votesI don't think you can draw that conclusion from what you stated. As far as what you've said, your 'hand smurfed' account isn't even to Silver ELO where your lp gains dropped off.

However you were saying "I Have two accounts in low elo. The lower one had MORE gains per win, and my one about a division above had less! but i never got the lower one to where I got less... Therefore, smurf it beause I have no evidence for it." At least based on what you said.

Lagwar1 votesI disagree, I also thought "maybe I should play in my alternate acc" after the acc I was using at was freshly promoted to Plat 2 with (at that time, around 54%wr) suddenly started gaining +14 instead of the usual 19-20 and losing -18, so fresh P2, win 14, loss 14, won 14, loss 14, lost again and got demoted to p3 with 75lp, eventually i fell back to P4 still with a 52%wr which I believe is decent to at least have higher gains than loses. So, frustrated, I decided to play on another acc I have.
Feeling discouraged to griiiind +20lp per win on G3 with 78%wr when I clearly remember past seasons getting AT LEAST +25 with even lower winrates in the same Gold Elo.
The Highest Noon1 votesI mean, I went from Iron 4 to Bronze 2 fairly easily, but I do understand the point. Thing is, I think your solution is pretty incorrect since all new counts are started at Iron 4 regarding placements.

Your first game won gave you Bronze 4? That is weird, because they specifically said that new accounts would begin at Iron 5. Huh. Or maybe they didn't.
lil box1 votesI was D5 last season, won 6 out of 8 placements and got plat 3, I only got 15lp per game despite having a 68% wr. Riot support told me to play more games and after playing more games (winning them) my lp gain has gone down to +11 per game. So I now need to win 10 games in a row to go from 0 to 100lp
