Season 4 Client told me Summoners Rift games average 30 to 45 minutes

Now it feels like they should put that back in but shave it down to 15 to 25 minutes. Within the past 2 weeks I have had a few games end before 20 minutes. Not people surrendering, straight up Nexus death. I thought bronze and silver games took an hour because teams don't know how to end but all my matches are just someone getting their teeth put on the curb and the other side jumping on their head. The game needs to slow down. Riot, I love you guys, but this shit is basically Mobile Legends.
