Petition to have certain settings on certain champions.
Example: 
. My QWER are set to smartcast.

My QWR are set to smartcast.
The main point of this to understand is that when i queue a match as viktor, i do terrible with smarcast on, so i change it in game. THen i have to change it again for Darius. This is quite troublesome and it is a very big thing for darius in losing out a first blood.
Another thing is that this is the basic settings that i am mainly concerned of as of now, there are more setting to apply this for example, self shielding and what not.
