Sona should be able to mute global ults and abilities!!!!!

Sona is actually a mute. Meaning she cannot speak. I've been playing this game for 2 years now and I only learned this when riot display that mini anime series with arcade sona, MF and hecarim vs final boss Veigar. Video was amazing btw. link below.

Sona should be able to prevent enemies from hearing the sound effects of global ults and nearby skills.

Here is an example of where this would be effective. I was playing mid land and winning my land. I had not notice blits coming in to gank me from behind but I heard him as he use his movespeed ability. Just hearing it aloud me to react more quickly and I was able to dash and flash away. If i had not heard it, it would be too late.

Hence, Sona should be able to use a skill that temperately mutes the sound of skills if target is with a certain range.

Would this be op? It would really make her a unique support and match her theme.
