Mage supports were gutted because they were out of control

You don't get to whine about these supports for providing utility or for stopping your playz.

These guys don't kill you solo, people got what they wanted when the burst mages were moved (mostly) from bot lane.

I'd take a Janna or a Raka over a Brand any day of the week.

Because I can live throughout laning without forcing fights every 5 seconds. I can farm.

So supports designed around keeping people alive shouldn't be allowed to do their job?

Oh and you can play a heavy initiate tank and play kill lane and deal with them just like before. Burst mages support was never reauired to deal with squishy imobile utility supports.
