Like i love the logic of that, They did disable 
from ranged champions which include urgot cause ranged was abusing it
But when a mana less champion like

There is a big difference between Rene and Lucain, Rene is already busted with his stuns and healing during fury effect of his R plus add to them that his W keep proc easily basic attacks make it impossible to escape him when he use R and impossible to trade him as well due to his Healing and stuns.
And i here talking about why urgot not allowed to have to stop that burst damage while some champions allowed to use things and abuse it like that.

Urgot would throw a defensive status or frozen malet for sterak, so i think it fair for him to have it since he will choose between against burst team or 
against mobile team.

Items like Sterak's helped ranged characters survive through the burst and lockdown potential of champions (Such as LB or Renekton) but w/e. Patches are a mess and the gameplay is getting gutted with the era of funneling strats.

What is worst on Urgot i can't burst down Rene at all, He will use his Ult + Sterak shield + Essence CDR to rekt me while all what i got to do is try to tank his damage by thronmail and frozen mallet ? Like it so annoying and that why urgot is so gutted in this meta.
