I think this item would help tanks a lot
Without making them insanely strong on 1v1. Mostly in teamfights.
Juggernaut armor 30+armor 30+mr 200 health Passive : Increases bonus armor and MR by 6% for each nearby enemy champions.

Which tanks are you trying to help with this? Most true tanks or CC tanks already are quite weak in 1v1s, and stronger in teamfights. Making an item that replicates doesn't seem like it is solving any problems of theirs. This seems a lot more like an item built by a champion that is already capable of winning a 1v1 and needs teamfight help, such as a bruiser.
I mean, it would help a tank somewhat, but it's not really helping me do anything except making me harder to kill, and I can already itemize for that just fine. I'd probably build it on a lot of tanks, but I'd much rather have it on someone like Jarvan or Irelia.

Stronger in teamfights? Just played as naut. I was weak on 1v1 and couldn't do shit on teamfights because of Azir stupid fucking ultimate
I play Naut all the time. Teamfights are what it's all about. Sustained and AoE CC potential is very high. He's a teamfighter. Same with other tanks such as Maokai, Tank Sej, etc. Azir can outplay you, but then again, you can screw him too. I've done it before. He's tough though. Naut serves better as a defensive tank than a diver or assassin support, and Azir needs to attacked, not defended against.

This item doesn't give any offensive stat. Randuins is good for the slow in teamfights for bruiser. Sunfire for the dps. Thornmail for the damage that goes back. Frozen for the CD and the aura. This item only boost the person stats itself. And would have tanks that have good teamfight abilities to actually tank.
I don't buy Randuin's for the slow on bruisers, I buy it for stats. It is the "I'm tanky now" item, which is why I buy it. Same reason why I get banshee's veil instead of aegis. Personal stats are better for the bruiser than team utility.

Exactly. That's why I want it on bruisers. I want stats. Some of the other things you mention, like the aura of Frozen Heart, are utility things that I want on tanks (there is a reason why you almost never see a Jarvan or Vi with Frozen Heart unless they have a randuin's and usually thornmail first). I want stats on bruisers. I want utility and item effects on tanks because I'm already building so defensive that surviving long enough for more than one rotation is not something I have to itemize more for.

ALL tank items benefit bruisers in some way. Thornmail because of the damage. Randuins to catch someone. Frozen heart not that much. The aura is good utility. This item boosts much more someone who is going pure tank than a bruiser.
This item gives a big chunk of stats to someone who has multiple defensive items. That is true for two classes of champion; tanks, and bruisers. It may give more stats to a tank, but a bruiser is in a better position to make use of a big chunk of raw stats, particularly in teamfights, where defensive stats are often the gate to their effectiveness. Any bruiser who can build one offensive item and pure tank otherwise would be overjoyed to get an item that would boost the effectiveness.
There is a reason why Tanks are more likely than bruisers to build Frozen Heart. They need the utility and the CDR to increase their utility. Bruiser's need pure stats more, which is why Randuin's is such a well-loved item by them. An item that just gives pure stats will give the most reward to defensive build bruisers.

This is a problem with offensive items to bruisers so. Because if ONE item, they can explode people, there is NO WAY to balance tanks without making bruisers OP.
I think that there is no way to make pure stat items work for tanks so long as bruisers are in their current state. I do think that items with stronger utility could work, because bruisers won't like them as much. I actually think current itemization could work if tanks weren't just always weaker in the early game than their peers. Then again, maybe not. It's a hard problem.
Would be abused by bruisers 0/10 would not work

Garen needs help tanking. Irelia needs a rework. Wukong wouldn't be OP with this.

My point is this item buffs Bruisers more than it buffs Tanks.
I could see Wukong and Garen rushing this is lane because of the constant 6% more resistances that increases to 12% whenever an enemy appears in your lane.
I honestly don't believe that Garen needs any help tanking. He already rushes Sunfire and Warmogs.

Does he? Buying warmogs on garen is pointless except if the enemy team has heavy poke. Rushing this item is stupid because you already need tankiness for it actually work.

Garen soaks up damage, leaves the fight and then comes back like 30-40 seconds later with full health again. Warmogs makes that even better.

How stupid needs to be a team to focus all damage on garen? 30-40 seconds later? lol. This will not happen much. Your team will either die while you stay there regenerating your health
Honestly I'd be happier if it just gave some armor and MR as well as the health. It's the only jungle item that isn't wildly cost efficient.
thats exactly the kind of items tanks and especially bruisers need. The usuall problem of bruisers and offtanks is that they are either insanely strong 1v1, or they suck in teamfights. WIth more mechanics that offer increasing power the more enemys you fight, those champs could finaly be somewhat balanced 1v1 while still funktion in clashes.( never understood why they nerfed legendary guardian in the early season 4, it was finally a great masterie giving tankiness when it's needed)

Exactly what i thought. This item would be a teamfight one, without making them OP on 1v1 scenarios. Also, the stats of the item is just to make it more cost efficient
As I recall, Riot basically said 'No' to any major armor + MR item on the Rift. GA is kept because it doesn't really work as a tank item. The main issue is that it would either make the item incredibly and ridiculously gold efficient, or the numbers would have to be tuned low enough to where it would be worthless.

It makes no sense , since most of the times a team will have physical and magic damage. Having to spend a huge amount just to decrease the amount of damage you take from one to another , without doing anything against the other one, sounds pretty stupid to me. We need only one item that boost both mr and armor, and I think this one would help tanks a lot, more than bruisers
The problem that tanks have has nothing to do with tank itemization for the most part
its that whenever the enemy team decides to pick up a LW or Void Staff, there 300 armor/MR mean nothing to the enemy team anymore
