Just because you focus more on champions that get LCS play, does not mean you need to constantly shit a champ over by nerfing her each time she gets work. Evelynn, this whole YEAR, I have seen every time she is in the patch notes, she has been NERFED. Either its a higher mana cost, or a damage decrease. Probably the past two patches she's been in that I remember seeing, her damage has been DECREASED. She already was nerfed to hell a long time ago. Now she is hardly viable in this jungle meta, and you KEEP NERFING HER DAMAGE.

What the fuck are you doing, Meddler? You are constantly pissing off her fans, and me who can't seem to fucking do well with her at all, because she has NO DAMAGE and high mana costs, especially on her ult. At three points, her ult is still OVER A 100 SECONDS. That is freaking shit.

Meddler, you better answer me please. Stop nerfing Evelynn and give her some dang BUFFS please. Or rework her for pete's sake.
