Because people have recognized his HUGE potential. It just seems he was harder than expected, and it's completely understandable to nerf him if he got buffed before people learned how to play him. And he IS getting compensation buffs. He isn't going to be nerfed that hard anyways.

Agreed.

I think he could do with a slight nerf, nothing too much (especially considering even with the massive amount of free AD he gets, he isn't doing EXCEPTIONALLY well compared to his competition, 6th highest winrate among ADC's)

As much as I hate the grenade mana cost nerfs, I can live with them (I'd honestly rather they simply revert some of the base stat buffs they gave him)
