i'm an urgot main since season 3(but i was in season 2 when he was OP)

I Played him even when his max win rate was 39% but riot since you added the fear to his ulti you ruined my champion why? because you lowered his shield by 2 sec and i really can't stand it i don't feel like playing the same champion anymore i can't even do good again with him. IF you want to buff him (you should do it) the auto lock time with his q is actually lower than his e duration and still no bug fix,with max cdr if you do it really well i mean that right when you land e you start using q you will do max 4 q on the target before the max is 3 q even if the duration of his e is way higher and sometimes i still miss kills just because this problem the e poison is on the target but my q won't go on him cause the auto lock duration is lower.
