Not a really diverse ADC role this season so far...
I'm getting tired of seeing the same 6 ADC's every game

(<- Only because he is new)
Can the game speak any louder about how only caster based, high burst marksmen (or true damage with Vayne) are kind of the only viable champions right now? The marksmen update sort of removed many champions from the game because they couldn't match the damage of the reworked/updated ones when using the reworked/updated items. Now i'm not saying that those marksmen not listed above are not good in any situation. Depending on who your with and against and how comfortable said champions are to play for you, they can be playable with a decent level of success.
What i am saying is that there is a significant difference in how viable they are when compared to the 6 I have mentioned. For example, Jinx is rarely played anymore (at least in my games) because since her 2 back to back nerfs (ult base damage and scaling reduced at closer range to the point of uselessness and her Q rockets are much slower to fire off) her early game damage and ability to pressure a lane near non-existent without the help of a vary aggressive Support or Jungler to do it for her. She does scale to late game pretty good but the issue is that the "META" champions do not ever fall off.
Ezreal is now a major lane bully since his first completed item (
) now out scales his armor for most ADC's to be able to counter early on with out sacrificing damage or key items (basically the need to rush a
and sacrifice getting a key core item like
or
). And the slow is more or less a permanent slow because it is an AOE slow for 2 seconds that is refreshed in 1.5 seconds. Since EZ is a caster class marksmen, who is mana reliant, has short cooldowns, and who's base stats scale fairly well, this item more or less makes him unfairly strong and allows you no form of escaping his chase unless you get some help. Not to mention how slippery he is to apply CC to ( can use his e to get out of hooks and grabs).
At least Vayne is squishy early on.
MF and Graves both scale in damage a bit too much imo. Being able to put you at half health with one q is more than slightly unfair to most because they also have some form of escape to cover for their relatively short ranged basic attacks (graves' dash and MF has her increased movement speed buff and both their kits have an AOE slow). Not to mention how overpowered their ults can be (MF is more).
Lucian actually isn't bad. But his passive allows him to proc thunderlords so easily that he is able to dominate in lane damage. Not to mention that his Q is visually shorter than its hit box implies (IMO again).
Could we see a re-balancing of the ADC role in the near future?
was popular after his rework.
