Champion Trade Button should NOT pop up above runes/mastery selection

So, I ran into this issue and it's really annoying: You try to swap runes and masteries - and suddenly when you're about you click at your page the "Swap CHampion - Yes/ No?" pops ups and you accidentally select one of them.

It's not gamebreaking, but horribly annoying. The button should NOT overlay your rune/mastery selection.
