Can't help but notice how high is winrate is and how overloaded his kit feels. He is not immobile. Kinda like how shyvana is not immobile, how garen is not immobile and like how many tanky-ish champions are not immobile, they all get compensated with speed buffs. He has so much in his kit that not only makes him a damage absorber, but also a damage dealer. and lots of it. Glass cannon voli is absolutely ugly, just flat out ridiculous, but of course it is less reliable. Voli can build and . Good luck killing him/kiting him.

i dont think overloaded means what you think it means.

Also you are silver 5. Most people there struggles to find solutions that are not that hard to find. Overloaded is usually when every ability has multiple uses, mechanics passive/actives.

His passive does what his passive does, his Q is a speed boost with a fling, W is a conditional execute, E is a slow that fears minions. R is a aa steroid with chain effect.

Very simple, nothing really has multiple uses and falls off late game.

Ever heard of the juggernaut sub class? Darius Garen DrMundo Mordekaiser etc..

Their class is specialized to deal quite a lot of dmg within their range while being tanky. However, they are not tanks and deal mostly dmg to squishy targets.

They lack mobility (like dashes, blinks etc..) and the hard crowd control/engages.

Where is the cant kite from or kill him from?

Every control mages can kite him to oblivion, so are many meta adcs (including their items)

Agree 100% with everything here. I was up against a voli jungle once, and well...no matter what you do you just can't stop it. Too many champions are like this.

He is just a dumb champion. A ball of stats that requires no ability to play. Press all buttons, run at people and outstat them. Even champions like Olaf and Mundo that play just like him, require SOME skill.
