Honor & Matchmaking

So last game I got 3 manned top lane 2 times in early game and once early-mid game. I had wards and pinged, I even noticed both times when mid lane left and pinged mid to assist me top.

With jungler and mid both in top hard pushing and poking me down while my own jungler is top side and mid is farming. I ping them both and even type "help me"

These idiots both pinged they were level 5 and also pinged their R as not ready.

Problem is... WE WERE ALL LEVEL (except me who was level 6) WITH OUR FUCKING ULTS NOT READY AND I HAD AN 80% LIFE LEAD ON MY LANER ( shits on )

None the less Teemo, Yi and Kat bully me to low health and force my recall, then capture RIFT, then capture 2 turrets while my jungle Talon continues farming jungle and my GP stays mid not even doing enough damage to take 2 plates.

I never cussed, I never insulted. I ver batim ask, "Why aren't you guys helping me," to which they reply, "Stop bitching before I mute you" and the other says, "We can't baby sit you all game, learn to play."

I ask @RIOT again, what is the incentive besides a few keys to be not toxic? If there's going to be an honor system, implement honorable matchmaking. Can you match me with honorable teammates. I rather have a Bronze 5 level 5 honor guy willing to cooperate with team (I can easily carry him) than some Plat 3 shmuck that's useless to the team unless he has enough of a lead to hard carry.
