Make it so that the more points in it, the less you have to wait. So fucking stupid I have to wait a whole 2.5 seconds to get a charm

But Ahri can insta cast and you actually landing a charm with your q is the same as Ahri's charm it just is at a disadvantage

Okay but Eve's kit is balanced around this disadvantage. If you want her to have instant charm what do you propose they take away to balance it?

I LITERALLY DIDNT SAY INSTANT. But 2.5 seconds is absolute ass. You generally should max e with her second

so sacrificing it for an easier charm would be good

I agree Once you hit level 5 on it you shouldn't have to wait the whole 2,5s. It's awfully long. Specially with fast paced game like we know. Reduce it to [1,5;1]s Should be enough to say "hey you're going to see an Evelynn coming right your way". Specially in teamfight this is awful. Specially when more and more people will remember what's this mean and you even have a directional arrow to point you where she is.

eve's charm is useless in team fights

its only good for picking of wandering opponents and it still is pretty bad
