Tanks + Precision
I dunno why, but it seems that the runes designed for Improved Attacks and Sustained Damage seem to work well on champions that are designed to NOT DIE.
Since tanks have a hard time dying, they can make the most use out of Triumph rune, which tanks benefit off of so much more than anyone else, since they get so much more health back if they're low, and Last Stand, since you get to spend more time being alive than a mere squishy.
Lethal Tempo works amazingly on champions like Malphite, Tahm and Braum. If you max your W first on Malphite, you can 1v1 a whooole lot of people in the early/mid game, and sometimes the late game, too. If you max your Q on Tahm and Braum, your slow will keep their asses in line as you spank them down for all their health.
And Press the Attack on Nasus. Oooooh, boy. I know a lot of you are like, "Wah wah! Kleptomancy is OP OP OP!!!!!!" and stuff. But if Nasus has 500 stacks, Press the Attack will amplify it to where he actually has 560 stacks against champions. Plus, Legend: Bloodline gives him a total of 28% Life Steal with no items! So if he simply took a Blood Thirster and Spirit Visage on top of that, he'd have 62% Life Steal! If you'd rather get the occasional 40 gold from a Klepto proc, sure thing. Meh to you.
Fleet Footwork, on the other hand? Meh. It scales off of crits and AD. That, and you don't quite need a run that gives you speed and healing as a tank, since they usually have those things anyways.
But seriously, try it out for yourself!
