Tanks already massively outscale bruisers, they do not need to auto win lane vs them after first back too, it doesnt belong in the game.

Fiora is a strong fight for tanks. Gonna die? Run to minions and start whacking your hp up again, ap tanks can't do that.

Also, Riven doing 400-500+ damage/tanking on just q late game is not cool (which is as high as her ult damage max). Running with a shield for 3 seconds is not fair (no cost).

Riven is complete shit in this meta.

Fiora is the only viable damage top laner in this meta infested with tanks + supports, then she gets banned and now you're forced to play a tank or just get outscaled by one.
