Has a unique nieche as an item which offers crit and ad at the same time.
It has the potential to be used with items like Runaan's Hurrciane - sadly it's a low budget item without a solid upgrade.
I believe that adding an upgrade to Executioner's Calling might not only make itself more viable, but also other items which are currently outclasssed by zeal upgrades.

Dar Raksada1 votesDespite maining fiddlesticks I agree, executioner's calling is a pretty bad item. Even though it's niche is grievous wounds it's still bad and it's usually better to buy something for more dmg/resistance to just burst the healers down. Look at Morello's for example, it's good even without counting the healing reduction.
Exec's is also the only ad/crit item aside from ie, I would like to see more ad/crit items for people like Jayce.

Also, AD and crit is not ideal to use with the Hurricane. Hurricane's extra bolts can not crit, meaning they work best off of on-hit and raw AD. Crit is not the best stat to have with the item.

Velasan1 votesAll I have to say is whaaa... yes it's not slot efficient but the item is very cheap and provides three useful stats.
I often build it early on ADC's because it builds out of a gold item and provides a damage, crit (which is great on adc's), and grievous wounds which helps against summoner heals and life steal.
You would still build it just for raw stats at the cost. If late game you need to sell it then you've already got 20+ minutes of use out of it first.
