I'm level 3, I'm killing blue buff lv 2, I get 228 exp, 52 less exp cause I'm 1 level up.
Is this intended ? Currently jungle monster exp less if you dare have 1 level above them.

Pokemonred2001 votesYes, because the extra EXP is added on top as a form of 'catchup EXP' for underlevelled champs.
This was much, much, MUCH stronger in Season 7 though, because it applied on all camps and not just the big ones, which meant Krugs and Raptors could give a fuckload more experience than they do now.
