What do you think? Been waiting for a while for it. Seeing how well sion and poppy teworks went i have high hopes for this

If I remember correctly the taric update was suppose to be after the next champion release.

That's correct. Our current expectation is there'll be one new champion released before the Taric update based off current rate of progress on Taric.

Any Idea who that might be?

I know people are still asking for Ao Shin. And given the recent releases, I should think we would be over due for another mid laner.

Ao shin was announced that he himself was cancelled, but a new champ strongly based on him is very close (Aurelion Sol)

You might have misread or ended up accidentally switching up the order in your head after awhile.

I've done that before when riot was talking about Poppy's rework lol.

If you read it from red post, no. I think he said sometime like this : "Taric rework would be released after next champion (after Jhin)...", a bit confusing but yeah, he means new champ after Jhin.

Yep. The sooner the teasers for the next new champ start the sooner we get Taric.

That's not exactly how it works but it is in the reality I've created for myself where Taric is close :<

With what they did to Poppy's kit gives me great expectations for Taric. I imagine he will glow more radiantly, and there will be more dominating color. He's the Gem Knight, and his color is lacking the way he is. As a Taric player, that's my only beef with him. He needs more glamour. I think many Taric players agree on this point, and I think Riot will deliver in this aspect. I'm really looking forward to Taric rework. It's already been said his kit won't change too much. And like I said- Poppy was done nicely. Diplomatic Immunity made her Tank AF- but that new Ulti is a great tool. Plus, her new W makes up for that lost tankiness with constant shield buffing. (Alas- I see many shields lie in the battlefield neglected by a pompous Poppy- and woe does she fall swiftly.) So, yeah- I'm confident Taric's kit will roll over nicely so that Taric players still have a feel for his unique gameplay. Dazzling. Taric
