Just got off the PBE playing the new URF

Played 5 games (that's 50 champs) in each game at LEAST 3 people had the same champ from a previous game.

Due to the way this "new" URF works we're limited to random picks..again but we're also limited to champs who have a skin relating to the cold (at least as far as I know) which means if a champ DOESN'T have a skin with some sort of ice then they're not in the pool of champs.

So get ready to be bored of URF after 10 games when you go vs that ziggs or karma or Katarina for the billionth time in a row
