Are we going to do something about toplane?

A lane that is completely irrelevant for winning or losing the game, you can't carry even if you are 6-0 because all the game is about who has more damage, and on top of that most of the time is "counterpick or get counterpicked".

Seriously, how in the World has top lane reach this shameful state when we have been seeing alarming signals for more than one season?

We're working on a lot of stuff for toplane, both short term and longer term. There will likely be quite a few changes in 8.4 for toplane.

Lmao. First off Top is in a decent state right now. They aren't meant to carry games unless they go a bruiser top. Most top laners are tanks/fighter. Thats what the lane is for. Unlike mid where the majority is mages and assassins, top isnt meant to carry. Mid is meant for the carry roles. I just checked your profile. Bronze 4.... SIghsssss.......Why even bother to critique the game/lane when you don't understand much. I might be toxic saying this but, it's just true. Also don't mention counters, they don't matter. They only matter if the 2 players have the same skill level. Which is almost never. Im a shen one trick. I have so many "counters" but I beat most of them? Counters don't mean anything.

The way you are useful as a top laner shifted since preseason started. I noticed a decent drop in my win rate right when it started, and it took me a little while to get that back. Playing top lane as if it's an island can work well for you personally, but unless you're playing a very heavy duelist/split push champion you are better off using any advantage you gather elsewhere on the map.

Top won't be likely to get many changes, if only because top lane was incredibly impactful in the latest LCS games (if the QQing was correct, didn't watch it myself), so you're going to have to adapt instead of wait for help from Riot.
