I want some real Mordekaiser compensation...

First of all, undo the nerf to his health regen.

Second, raise the armor and magic resist when cast on Mordekaiser only to 15/20/25/30/35.

And lastly, if you must make it so he takes 25% health, make it so it isn't just bonus health but the full thing.
