FPS is getting out of hand

Started playing two years ago. I used to get 200 fps. this is after the visual update to the rift. since then. my framrate. has dropped to 90 and even lower in team fights.

This is becoming a huge problem. am not the only one. I have an even faster computer than I did a year ago. lowering your settings DOES NOT increase your framrate by even 1 frame. I don't know what the hell this is. but league does not look any better than it did two years ago.

I don't know what this is all about .but its getting absurd. the framrate gets lower and lower every few patches. do I need to buy a GTX 9000 and a 96 core i7 next year? I mean hell the game is in a 2d plane.
