How to get past a ranked "barrier"?

Please no spam posts. No "haha youre bronze 4ever" or "ur a noob git gud". CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK ONLY

So it seems like for me and some of my friends, we have our own ranked "barriers". Basically a division we just can't get past. We start doing bad, same with our teammates, and the enemy just completely outplays us overall.

I can get past Bronze 5 with ease, and Bronze 4 with a little difficulty. And I'm talking playing non carry champs in Bronze, like my main Shen. I can still win a lot in Bronze 5 and 4 with Shen. But once I hit Bronze 3, everything comes apart. Everything that was working in Bronze 4 and 5 just stops working. Teammates do bad, I do bad, enemy seems so much better.

It's the same with my Silver friend. He cannot get out of Silver 1 and keeps falling to Silver 2 and 3.

How to get past a ranked "barrier"? For me, it seems like Bronze 3 is a whole new tier.

A very off-topic question: Which Jungle item should I get on J4? item 3707 or item 3709. J4 is a champ I've been trying to carry with but ofc I have a crappy win rate. I tend to go item 3709.

To answer your J4 question, Cinderhulk if the enemy is very tanky and your team needs more. Warriors if you're trying to carry. I haven't really ran into any "barriers" in ranked on my main account (sorry, I have a forum account because I hate people who instantly look up your profile EVEN WHEN YOUR POST HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RANKING.)

I had that problem after the season reset. Could not get out of Bronze 4 for the life of me, sometimes dropped back into B5.

Then I took a 3 month break from ranked. When I came back, I was better than everyone. I went from B4 to B3 in like a week, and then from B3 to S5 in like 3 days.

Don't forget that you should always be trying to get better at something in game, not just playing to play. Work on your CS, work on your ganks, work on timing your tades, try to get that early dragon consistently, etc.

I find that if you can be a team player that is your best bet If you can get your team to group up, and ward, even upgrade your trinkets then You will be able to climb a lot faster than solo carrying.

Being a nice person and just accepting toxicity is how a lot of people get out of set barriers. I mean at the start of the season on my main and this account I used to do a lot of back talking when somebody said something bad about my play style but now I just accept it and it takes me 2 days to get out of 1 division until you hit around d4-d3 than have fun getting demoted at sub 15 lp. Stuff like this almost happens every game ''omg fucking noob Janna why didn't you shield me'' than after the game it's more like ''omg this support Janna is the best <3" after pretty much being toxic for the first 15 mins sad life :(
