Why is Eve getting nerfed? Low elo? Also why are lee/khazix getting buffed but no vi? Vi is total ass meanwhile the latter 2 can actually perform. Where is the 5 movement speed/damage on Vi or do the vayne treatment with her W. Make it do 14% max hp physical base from 10%.
