Singed is weird. He's a great split pusher outside his lack of tower damage, but at the same time he can have such a huge impact when with his team. Overall though people split push too much in this game. It hurts your team much more often than it helps them. Push out the lanes and then group. Grouping up wins games.

Absolutely, but sometimes it's just so clear that they should be pushing another lane while I'm split pushing. if two or three are at top trying to stop me, clearly they should just push, but I still get shit like that no matter what.

I generally split push most of the game then TP in when I feel they're about to teamfight, so it pisses me off when I'm constantly getting whined at to group mid. Let me do my thing and I'll TP in when you need me.

Yeah, fair enough. A lot of LoL players are dumb and don't understand objective-oriented play.

I love watching people rage at a Tryndamere for splitting all game, even though every time he gets close to a tower the enemy team needs basically all of them to push him off, and still usually lose a lot of tower hp, and multiple people.

That and people don't seem to realize the utter shittiness of Tryndamere in teamfights.

AFTER LANING ENDS, THE END ALL SOLUTION IS NOT TO GROUP MID AND LOSE TEAMFIGHTS 20 TIMES UNTIL YOU LOSE THE GAME, YOU CAN DO OTHER THINGS FOR FUCK'S SAKE.

(if you can't tell, I split push a lot)

Kind of depends. If your team is behind, it can be a good option. If you have a dedicated split pusher like Tryndamere, then it makes sense many times. But in general it's better to group after laning phase.

Depends on your comp. If your comp can't team fight, but can split and make picks well, you don't group, you try to ambush and invade and cause chaos. People just don't get that in general, they just think Team Fighting is the only option, which if you're behind, doesn't get you anywhere.

If your team comp can't team fight you are screwed 90% of the time.

i was split pushing top lane as singed and the jayce on our team wouldnt quit crying in all chat saying i'm a noob retard scrub for not grouping

Is "grouping" the only tactic people understand? o.O

There's more than one way to win other than push mid. I mean, what is Singed going to do in a teamfight? He can do some stuff, but he can do a lot more split-pushing in the right hands. Got to optimize your chances of winning, not stay in the comfort zone every game

People in lower ELOs will often not know how to play with or against a splitpusher.

"There is a Singed on my team. I don't know what he's the heck he's doing running through their jungle and their base, but we are winning so he must be doing something right."
