How is Evelyn and Riven not being nerfed

Evelyn is the bodyment of Overpowered. Evelyn does way too much dmg without counterplay.

And just look at Riven stats in dia +. Highest pick and highest winrate.

for Evelynn: she is a complete feast or famine. if she gets behind (enemy jungler invades and kills her) she will quickly fall off and become useless, if the enemy support boast CC she cannot approach targets as she dies in the slightest of stuns.

there is no excuse for riven tough, either riot should turn her into a average champion (does avergage in all parts of the game) a late-game scaler (gets destroyed early, destroys late.) or a lane bully (falls off hard late.)

unfortunately both of these champs are rather popular, which often prevents them from being nerfed. also looking at win rates is VERY skewed, and (in old riot's words) should only be done if the win rate goes towards 60% (at which point that champ is pretty much carrying every game.).

Eve has her flaws...such as literally being blown up to the slightest of CC and a good support can shut her down, and very kill reliant Riven definitely needs nerfs though, her Q is pulling out about 350 - 400 dmg level 1 based on how much armor you have early (most i have ever reached is 74 i believe, which was on malphite), which is no where near acceptable, (this is not including her passive aa's she will weave in on top of electrocute or press the attack, or the ignite she is most likely gonna run 9 times out 10) even aatrox Q doesn't do that much early on, like riven is the poster child of early kill potential....even rengar falls behind vs riven dmg wise early on

Evelyn will always be a trash or op champ with the whole "my idea of a gank is simply walking into lane" gimmick. If you extend whatsoever she can simply walk behind you and put you inbetween as rock and a hard place.

Riven is riven, nothing will change with her or Riven mains would be in an uproar. Sunrise, sunset.

They need to reduce the amount she heals when she is invisible. I can't count how many times I've evaded an Evelyn gank and reduced her health to 75% only for her to go invisible and heal up again.

Her heal is about 1/4 the rate of Pyke lmfao. And she doesn't have mobility built in like he does either lol.

If you can't kill her, that's on you. She's super squishy, and the regen is to mitigate that. She can't even reliably sustain a Drake or Baron that well. She builds no healing items either.

You may think i might be biased because I play Evelynn but let me just tell you that champions like Amumu and Sejuani can 100-0 without letting her even R away. She is good into some comps but if you pick CC and grab some item 2055 she won't be able to make many plays unless enemy team is bad.

If your team is filled with assassins then she is just going to run over your team.

She is situational and people only think she is overpowered because they either don't respect her and permapush without vision or are just bad.

Also, don't tell me i had a pink in tri bush because that's useless. If you want to avoid ganks you need deep vision to track her pathing on camps (which also applies to all the other junglers).

And when you siege as 5 against a Evelynn all you need is a item 2055 behind you so she can't flank.

People not being able to play against her =/= her being overpowered.

EDIT: i forgot to mention that everytime people cry about her i check their match history and ser a game where she snowballed and nobody on the enemy team bought a single MR item. You just need item 3155 and you won't get oneshot. Don't buy it when she is already full items though
