Why is Sejuani never played top?
Just curious as to why.

i dont recall her doing much damage, and having really high cds. id say shes vulnerable to ganks and running oom etc.
MisterHealYoGirl1 votesThis. Her mana costs are really high and her cooldowns are too high to trade or escape effectively. She clears fairly well, but trades fairly poorly. If I HAD to play her top, I'd build her like a Maokai; Rod of Ages into cooldown boots or tenacity boots, then full tank from there.
