I don't think i dislike her as much as he does but she does feel kind of all over the place, i wish that what she built changed her damage type, instead of changing her abilities.

If she builds AP her Q and W both deal AP, if she built AD her Q and W both do AD, i think that would fix a major issue with her that makes her feel kind of all over the place, the other one is her Q prioritizing Marked Target's, then to compensate both changes, the scalings on her abilities could be lowered since their absurdly high.

Like, it feels as though all of her abilities are really good on their own but don't come together due to the separation of Damage Types between her Q and W, and the lack of synergy between anything but her W, Passive and Ulti.

Well it's just riot making ADC's OP AF as usual.

This is one of the core issues I take with Kai'Sa: her abilities are individually decent to cool, if perhaps not very inventive, but they have absolutely zero relation to each other aside from some forced synergies, namely her W and R. This is a mistake I've seen in a lot of player-made custom kits, where someone has a great idea for maybe one or two abilities, then rushes through the rest of their champion's ability set with a whole bunch of filler, without taking care to make sure all of these effects mesh well with each other. This is what I feel happened with Kai'Sa: her Q in particular has absolutely zero synergy with the rest of her kit, while being arguably the only novel contribution the champion makes, and her 5-hit passive is a boring and unoriginal way of tying a kit together when so many champions have done so before in better ways. Her W synergy with her innate is itself forced, and the two effects don't really make sense with each other (innate wants you to stay close and attack repeatedly, W lets you poke from really far away). I like how buying stats enhances Kai'Sa's abilities, but the base kit itself feels completely disjointed, with a whole bunch of mechanics we've seen more than enough on existing champions.

It would be broken imo. Enemy tanks building tons of armor to be able to counter her if she's ahead -> She's changing her build into AP to still be viable

She's suppose to be all over the place. Her design is a versatile ADC that can go into multiple roles and have multiple builds

She's pretty much a season 3 champion in a, "This champion is suppose to build AD? Gonna get Deathcap on it" kind of way.

The only thing she can't really do is hard CC someone or go tank. If you go tank on her then you're just a minion because of how her abilities work.
