Shit made no sense. Poppy is already a strong pick, she was picked in the lck last week.

These buffs honestly seem like riot favoritism. 'Shes a viable pick in competitive but we believe we should see more poppycopter #lc$bigplays so we're buffing her to be dominant again'

You dont fix what isnt broken. You dont buff champs that are competitive viable.
