Instead of MR Steal it would be cool if Wits End was an item version of Kassadin's Old Passive

It converted Magic Damage taken into Attack Speed

As Wits End stands currently its only really useful on specific champions against specific comps, but why not make it like old Kassadin's passive and give it a lot more use than just Warwick against 2-3 APs?
